Accounts Payable/Receivable

Our client, a dynamic organization in the office sector, is seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivable to join their team. As an Accounts Payable/Receivable, you will be part of the finance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Accounts Payable/Receivable (Direct Hire Position)

Location: Lafayette, IN

Pay Range: $17 - $20 per hour

What's the Job?

• Be the primary point of contact for residents.

• Work on collections from past tenants.

• Correspond with attorneys regarding eviction filings and delinquency notices.

• Hand deliver eviction notices to tenants and attend eviction court.

• Assist the accounts manager with reconciliation and other tasks.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• A collaborative team player who can work well with others.
