Accounts Payable/Project Coordination Specialist

Description

Robert Half is assisting a construction client in the Waukesha area seeking a full-time Accounts Payable/Project Coordinator to join their company. Key focus of the role will be accounts payable and project coordination working with multiple internal departments in their day today.

This is a permanent placement opportunity offering full health benefits starting 1st day of employment, bonus eligibility, paid time off and profit sharing to 401k.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Coding Invoices

• Proficient in Data Entry tasks

• Experience in Project Coordination with Construction/Contracting industry

• Familiarity with Excel and ERP Systems
