Accounts Payable Clerk

Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join their dynamic team. The perfect candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers.

Responsibilities

• Process, verify, and reconcile invoices and company expenditures.

• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.

• Issue checks for accounts payable and monitor discount opportunities.

• Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes on behalf of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.

• A year of experience working in accounts payable.

• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
