Accounting Manager/Supervisor

Description

We are looking for a dedicated Accounting Manager to join one of our innovative clients in the West Metro .The successful candidate will manage all the day-to-day accounting activities, oversee financial reporting, and coordinate payroll functions. The Accounting Manager will also contribute to strategic financial decisions and implement standard accounting procedures within the organization. Strong leadership, extensive knowledge in accounting, and excellent organizational skills are crucial for this role. If you are detail-oriented, have a strategic mindset, and possess the ability to drive business growth, then this role is for you.

Requirements

• Must hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in fundamental accounting, including month end close

• Must possess a strong understanding of corporate accounting practices.

• CPA certification is desirable but not mandatory.

• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Should have the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

• Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.

• Experience in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
