Accounting Manager

Jackie Meza with Robert half is in search of an Accounting Manager to join our team in Stockton, California. As an Accounting Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing the full cycle of accounting activities, including the processing of payroll. This role is central to the financial operations within our organization, with a focus on maintaining accurate financial records and performing necessary auditing tasks. Responsibilities

• Oversee the full cycle of accounting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations

• Execute payroll processing tasks efficiently and in a timely manner

• Utilize the Accountmate ERP system for various accounting functions

• Perform regular audits to identify and address any discrepancies

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to maintain accurate financial records

• Handle billing functions and resolve customer inquiries as needed

• Leverage various accounting software systems to streamline financial operations

• Collaborate with other team members to improve and implement financial procedures

• Regularly update and maintain accurate customer credit records

• Take appropriate action to monitor and manage customer accounts.

Requirements - Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required

• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions is expected

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary

• Proven skills in Auditing are crucial

• Expertise in Billing Functions is needed
