Accounting Manager

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Manager in St. Cloud, Minnesota. The successful candidate will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities in the financial industry, including overseeing the accounting team, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and conducting financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the company's accounting team to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.

• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

• Utilizing QuickBooks to manage financial transactions and create financial reports.

• Conducting month-end close procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Auditing financial information and practices to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Handling billing functions, ensuring all invoices are issued and paid in a timely manner.

• Managing and overseeing the company's financial reporting, providing accurate and up-to-date financial information.

• Applying advanced knowledge of accounting functions to improve financial operations and efficiency.

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of accounting

• Proficient in Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in Auditing is a must

• Familiarity with Billing Functions

• Proficiency in QuickBooks software

• Experience in handling Month End Close procedures

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to supervise and lead a team

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
