Accounting Manager- Hybrid

Job Description

The Finance Manager will oversee a team of 7 individuals comprised of 2 sr level acocuntants and 5 staff level. They oversee physician service practices specifically and are in charge of closing out their books each month. Towards the closing period of the month it is very fast paced and there are daily deadlines they must hit. The Finance Manager will assist the Director of Finance in developing/compiling/analyzing statistical data, identifying trends, formulating conclusions and preparing complete and accurate financial statements and statistical reports in support of executive decision-making

processes. The Finance Manager will serve as a financial controller for clinic level operations as well as

serve as a mentor for all staff and senior accountants. This position is remote on Monday and Friday and in the office Tuesday-Thursday,

Skills and Requirements

-3 years of Accounting Management or Leadership role experience

-Balance sheet, General ledger, and P&L experience

-Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field

• Strong people leader
