Accounting Manager

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Manager in Broomfield, Colorado. As part of our team, you will be instrumental in managing various aspects of our accounting operations, from handling payroll and commissions to dealing with foreign exchange accounting. Your role will be integral to the functioning of our business in the SaaS industry, and your responsibilities will entail leveraging your experience with NetSuite and your knowledge of ASC 606.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently processing payroll and commissions

• Managing multi-entity accounting operations

• Handling foreign exchange accounting, with a focus on UK operations

• Leveraging SaaS industry experience to improve accounting processes

• Utilizing NetSuite for various accounting tasks

• Implementing ASC 606 standards within the SaaS context

• Overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Managing billing functions in alignment with company policies

• Utilizing ERP systems for efficient enterprise resource planning

• Employing accounting software systems to streamline accounting processes. Requirements - Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is beneficial.

• Experience with BlackLine is preferred.

• Knowledge of Concur is advantageous.

• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary.

• Understanding of general Accounting Functions is required.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is needed.

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.

• Auditing skills are beneficial.

• Familiarity with Billing Functions is important.

• Knowledge of NetSuite is required.

• Experience in SaaS environment is advantageous.

• Understanding of ASC 606 standard is necessary.
