Accounting Clerk

Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in SPRINGFIELD, Oregon. The role involves a variety of tasks related to account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, data entry, and administrative duties in the property and sales tax area.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer debits and ensure accurate account reconciliation

• Support in the property tax/sales and use tax area with the opportunity for training

• Execute data entry tasks and manage invoice processing

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and organize data

• Edit and manage administrative documents as part of the filing process

• Provide administrative assistance where needed

• Perform data entry tasks as required.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Excellent Data Entry skills

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Understanding of Debits and Credits

• Proven Administrative Assistance skills

• Ability to Perform Data Entry tasks efficiently
