Accounting Clerk

Description Robert Half Finance and Accounting is partnering with a local CPA firm seeking a receptionist/administrative assistant.

The Receptionist/admin. assistant should be =+ years of experience and detail oriented. The Receptionist/admin. assistant should have good verbal and written communication skills. The Receptionist/admin. assistant should have 2 years of experience providing excellent customer service. The Receptionist/admin. assistant should be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook

• Prior experience in receptionist duties, including handling phone calls and customer service

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
