Accounting Associate

Our client is seeking an Accounting Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Accounting Associate

Location: Little Canada, MN

Pay Range: $25/h

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What's the Job?

1. Apply daily customer payments received via check, credit card, ACH, EFT, driver, and wire transfer.

2. Review and resolve payment discrepancies on customer accounts.

3. Assist with maintaining the general ledger and daily cash balances.

4. Support the month-end close process.

5. Assist with annual audits and other duties as assigned.

What's Needed?

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

2. Ability to manage a high volume of emails and work in a fast-paced environment.

3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
