Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Manage general ledger entries and month-end closing activities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Conduct bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the accounting function to improve efficiency and accuracy

• Work closely with the Controller and other departments to provide financial insights and support for operational initiatives.

• Work closely with HR & payroll

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• 2-4+ years of full cycle accounting experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Team player

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to multitask
