Your contributions will help ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance, driving the success of our organization.

    • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.

    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial information in accounting software.

    • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.

    • Support month-end and year-end close processes.

    • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

    • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.

    • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for financial records.

    • Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

    • Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

    • Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations.

    • Provide general administrative support to the accounting department as needed.

    • Reconcile and file monthly Sales Tax returns

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field – 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles

    • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel - Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies

    FULL TIME: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

    BENEFITS: Eligible after 60 days of Employment

    PAY: $60,000/year
