Account Service Coordinator
Location: This position will work remotely. The ideal candidate must live within 50 miles of one of our Open Access, Elevance Health locations listed on this requisition.

The Account Service Coordinator is responsible for providing advanced customer service representation for accounts.
How you will make an impact:
Interprets and supports plan benefit design.
Resolves complex claims, benefits, and enrollment issues.
Makes routine account visits.
Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions, and on-site facility visits.
Minimum Requirements
Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationships; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Travels to worksite and other locations, as necessary.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Capabilities
Experience with TPA or self-funded insurance is strongly preferred.
Previous experience in a client-facing role is highly preferred.
Experience interacting confidently with key stakeholders, as a subject matter expert and comfortable with influencing decision-making is preferred.
Excellent written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills preferred.
Proven ability to resolve complex issues in a fast-paced and high-demand environment preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, MS Teams, and Salesforce highly preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $56,028 to $96,048.
Locations: California, Colorado, Nevada, Washington State
