Position Summary
The Account Manager will serve as a specialist in collaborating, planning and executing of all client renewals. This role will support internal partners (Account Executives) activities to optimize effectiveness and organizational efficiencies.
Collaborates with the account executive team to achieve growth and renewal objectives, as well as facilitating the preparation and delivery of renewal packages.
Identifies constituent-specific service issues, driving specific solutions to drive swift resolution of issues working with other areas.
Detail oriented: ability to identify and locate key pieces information in documentation.
Technologically-savvy: quickly learn tools within Salesforce and proper procedures in submitting various data requests.
Clear communication: thoroughly understands incoming requests and can effectively and immediately communicate any factors that may impact timely completion of delegated requests.
Time management: timely execution of tasks with the ability to execute requests based on priority
Collaborative: works well with team members and across departments
Multitask: can manage several requests at a given time ensuring clear documentation and execution along with pivoting at a moment's notice based on need.
Required Qualifications
2-5 years relevant experience.
Experience in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel.
Knowledge and experience with administrative operations.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, environment.
Demonstrates Aetna values through actions and communication
Demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the team to reach market goals
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce experience.
Bachelors degree
Project Management experience
Prior Auditing experience
Education
Associates degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 2 years relevant experience).
Pay Range
$46,988.00 - $102,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
