Description We are inviting applications for an Account Manager role based in Houston, Texas. The role primarily involves managing customer accounts, building robust client relationships, and securing profitable contracts. As an Account Manager, you will also play a pivotal role in delivering customer-oriented solutions and driving sales within the assigned territory.
Take the lead in managing all aspects of customer accounts
Foster and sustain strong, enduring relationships with clients
Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to optimize profits
Ensure solutions are delivered in a timely and successful manner, aligning with customer needs and objectives
Communicate monthly and quarterly initiative progress to both internal and external stakeholders
Identify and capitalize on opportunities for new business with existing clients to meet sales targets
Collaborate with the sales team to recognize and expand opportunities within the territory
Oversee financial aspects of contracts including billing and payment
Design and implement plans to retain customers
Provide feedback on product development based on customer responses
Handle inbound and outbound calls, email correspondence, and data entry tasks efficiently
Utilize CRM and ADP - Financial Services tools for campaign planning and customer service. Requirements - Proven experience in ADP - Financial Services is mandatory for this role.
Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
Demonstrated abilities in campaign planning to effectively promote products or services.
Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Excellent email correspondence abilities to communicate professionally and effectively with clients.
Proven experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
Proficiency in data entry, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. TalentMatch®
