    We are looking for a talented Account Management Specialist - Senior to join our team in Sales for our Fresno, CA location.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

    • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with assigned accounts to support the organization's sales strategy.

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and participate in cost reduction initiatives.

    • Expand sales of products and services to existing clients, ensuring continuous growth and customer satisfaction.

    • Lead and manage communication with customers at appropriate levels, ensuring clear and effective interactions.

    • Negotiate and implement contracts with accounts, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with business goals.

    • Manage production and distribution issues to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products and services.

    • Measure customer satisfaction and create action plans to improve it, using data-driven insights to enhance customer experience.

    • Drive cross-business unit account development and support account strategy, balancing inventory, service, and delivery capabilities with customer expectations.

    Education, Licenses, Certifications:

    College, university, or equivalent degree in marketing, sales, technical or a related subject or equivalent industry experience required.

    This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

    Experience:

    Significant level of relevant work experience, including previous customer and/or product experience required. Purchasing/commercial contract negotiation preferred.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    This is a Dealer Account Executive role, based ideally out of Fresno, CA.

    Territory will include greater Fresno area

    Primary responsibilities will include dealer training and support (parts, service, sales).  There will be heavy emphasis on market share activities - specifically helping to drive Cummins' first-fit preference through dealer relationships.  Sales experience highly preferred.  There will be a significant amount of travel (50%) within the territory to serve our customers.  

    Salesforce experience (or comparable CRM experience) preferred as well.

    Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
