  • Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic E-commerce Account Manager to oversee and enhance our account relationships, drive sales growth, and support our customers. This role is essential in creating new accounts, maintaining existing ones, and identifying new opportunities to expand our product lineup and improve our services. This position is also eligible for bonuses based on performance, providing additional incentive for outstanding achievement.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    Account Management: Develop and nurture relationships by creating new accounts and maintaining existing ones.

    Product Management: Handle new item setups, pricing, and presentations. Work within customer portals to ensure product visibility and availability.

    Opportunity Identification: Identify gaps and areas of opportunity in our product lineup and with retailers and distributors.

    Customer and Sales Support: Provide exceptional customer and sales support, ensuring timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.

    Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance, sales trends, and customer feedback.

    Collaboration: Work closely with inventory management and product development teams to align strategies and ensure product availability.

    Meetings and Trade Shows: Represent the company in customer meetings and at trade shows.

    • Proven experience in e-commerce sales, particularly with the Amazon platform.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
    • Proficiency in software programs related to customer service and enterprise resource planning.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • High adaptability and critical thinking skills.
