    Our company's Scientific Communications and Information Sciences (SCIS) group works within the Global Clinical Development team to develop publications reporting the results of our clinical trials for presentation at scientific congresses and publication in medical journals. We are seeking a cooperative education student (co-op) who will work collaboratively in a team environment. The co-op will function as a fully-integrated member of a therapeutic area publication team. The co-op in SCIS will also participate in departmental and project team meetings to provide a broad perspective on the publication development and dissemination process in the pharmaceutical industry.

    The co-op will work closely with SCIS personnel to assist with tracking, database entry, updates, reports and assistance with publication team documents. The co-op will work in various knowledge management databases related to publications. This is a full-time position (38.75 hours/week) for approximately a 6-month period. This position will be expected to be on-site with flexibility of working remotely certain days of the week. The expectations will be aligned with those of our company's employees and will be communicated by the manager. This is a paid position during which it is expected that the successful candidate will devote 100% of their working day to our company projects.

    We are seeking Co-Op candidates at all levels with strong academic performance, project management skills, communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work in a multi- functional environment.

    Locations: Upper Gwynedd, PA or Rahway, NJ

    This is a full- time internship position. Housing subsidy is not available as part of this program and must be funded 100% by the student.

    Education:

    • Required: Candidates must be a currently enrolled undergraduate junior or senior student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Medical Communications or Health Sciences or Biology or a Master's in Library/Information Science.

    Required Experience and Skills:

    • Candidates must be available to work full-time for up to (6) consecutive months beginning in April-May 2025.

    • Candidates must have completed at least (2) years of studies toward bachelor's degree by April 2025.

    • Good interpersonal and written communication skills.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

    Preferred Experience and Skills:

    • Candidates should have significant interest in medical communications.

    • Candidates should have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

    Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.

    $39,600.00-$105,500.00
