This position reports into the Senior Production Compliance Supervisor and is based in Guelph, Canada.

Role reports to: Senior Production Compliance Supervisor

Location: Guelph, ON

What you will do

The Operations Technical Writer (Coop Student) will support aspects of compliance related to products manufactured at the Kenuve MAKE Guelph Campus. The Operations Technical Writer will assist in editing of controlled documents, including SOPs, Work Instructions, Booklets, and manufacturing and packaging batch record instructions (MWI, PWI).

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for controlled document management in the Tru Enovia application. This includes authoring/revising the following document types:

• SOPs, Supplements, Worksheets, Forms/Booklets, MWI, PWI

• Supporting Root Cause Problem Solving sessions and implementing process improvements

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Actively pursuing Bachelor of Science or related program (in progress)

• Strong consideration will be given to candidates with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Documentation Practices

Desired Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Manufacturing setting

• Prior experience within a GMP environment

• Technical writing experience
