    This position reports into Maintenance Manager and is based in Guelph, Canada.

    Role reports to: Maintenance Manager

    Location: Guelph, ON

    Pay: Anticipated weekly pay for this position is $775 to $915 and will be based on candidates program year, discipline and degree/experience

    What will you do

    We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to join the Production Maintenance team as a Maintenance Co-op, located in Guelph, ON. The position is available for either 8- or 12-months term (12 months preferred). You will be responsible for supporting the departments key programs and initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    Systems Administration/Maximo

    • Assist the Maximo admin in adding new users in the system

    • Implement Preventative Maintenance and Calibration master data updates

    • Generate data and prepare various reports for the Maintenance and Operations team

    Reliability and Job Plans

    • Support reliability initiatives and projects

    • Maintain and update preventative maintenance plans where required

    • Support documentation and training activities

    Spares Management

    • Support the storeroom by helping maintain inventory and keeping it organized

    • Support storeroom projects where necessary

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in college/university actively working towards the completion of a degree

    • Ability to work the duration of the assignment (Anticipated 37.5 hours per week)

    Desired Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in a co-op program and available for 8 to 12 months

    • Pursuing Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Automations)

    • Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills

    • Ability to continuously improve and optimize processes within the department

    • Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to quickly learn new software applications and information systems

    • Proficient with MS Office suite

    • Interest in data analytics
