JOB SUMMARY:

To manage development, programming, execution and maintenance of digital marketing across multiple platforms to support Textron Aviation strategic marketing objectives, brand building, and lead generation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement digital marketing strategy execution across digital properties, including Websites and email, through collaboration with Marketing organization and business partners.

• Develop and program online media and activities, including corporate and product Websites, app development, etc.

• Constantly push the boundaries on digital marketing efforts and what can be done to drive leading edge efforts.

• Establish processes of digital campaign planning, execution & optimization.

• Support digital marketing goals and achievements.

• Manage digital analytics to develop a deep understanding of user behaviors on digital properties, which will drive future digital marketing efforts.

• In collaboration with Marketing partners, optimize digital marketing budget to maximize efficiency and provide marketing goals achievement.

• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront developments in digital marketing.

• Work with digital, creative, production and media agencies to develop and execute digital marketing and be accountable to their performance.

Qualifications

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree required:

• Web Design/Development

• Digital Design

• Computer Science

• Marketing

• Business Administration

• Other related field

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Marketing experience preferred

• Professional and diplomatic demeanor

• Strong sense of accountability

• Basic understanding of marketing concepts

• High level of comfort in HTML

• Proficient working with CSS

• Basic JavaScript knowledge

• Basic Photoshop knowledge

Applicants must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S. for Textron Aviation at the time of making application, and visa sponsorship is not available for this position, including for F-1 students and J-1 exchange visitors who will need employment sponsorship.

Summer internships are 40 hours per week typically from late-May to early-August lasting 10 weeks.

Candidates must be able to work onsite for the entirety of the internship program unless approved otherwise by the hiring manager.
