    The HR LEAD Development Program is a premier 2-year rotational program designed to develop future leaders within the HR function at Colgate-Palmolive. We are hiring for the 10-week internship that is a pipeline to joining the full-time HR LEAD Program. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience through impactful projects in various HR domains such as Total Rewards, Business HR Partnership for one of our Global Functions or Global Divisions, Global People Development, Global Employee Relations, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Global HR Solutions, Global Learning, and Global People Analytics to name a few.

    10-week Internship Key Responsibilities:

    • Participate in strategic projects that have a real impact on our global HR function.

    • Collaborate with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to drive project deliverables.

    • Analyze data to inform business decisions and contribute to the development of HR initiatives.

    • Craft innovative people solutions that drive impact to the organization.

    • Engage in professional development activities to enhance and upskill your business, leadership, and HR competencies.

    Upon completion of the 10-week 2025 Summer Internship and your Masters or MBA, you may progress to joining the Full-Time HR LEAD Development Program which will begin Summer/Fall of 2026. This 24 month rotational program will expose you to what is required to be ready for next roles after the program. Roles after the program may involve: Developing incentive programs, advising the business as a Business HR Partner, developing talent and development programs for the Global Enterprise.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Currently pursuing a Master's in an HR-related discipline, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or any business-related discipline, or an MBA with a demonstrated interest in a long-term HR career.

    • Intended graduation date between April - June 2026.

    • Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.

    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a corporate setting, including team collaboration and leadership interaction.

    • If extended a full-time offer to rejoin and start the HR LEAD Development Program upon graduation, you must have a willingness to be geographically mobile within the US for the 3 rotations (24 months in total with one rotation in one of our manufacturing plants) and for the final placement upon completion of the program.

    We are looking for individuals who have:

    • High level of curiosity and innovative thinking.

    • Strong business acumen with experience in translating data into actionable insights.

    • Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering impactful results.

    • Commitment to driving operational excellence and impact.

    • Strong academic, technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel or Google Sheets.

    • Excellent leadership, communication, teamwork, project management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

    Compensation and Benefits

    Salary Range $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 USD

    Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.

    Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:

    • Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.

    • Retirement Plans: Employees are eligible to enroll in Colgate's 401(k) plan, which provides for company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements.

    • Vacation/PTO: Employees receive a minimum of 15 days of vacation/PTO leave annually.

    • Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually.

    • Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year.

    • Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements).
