    Role reports to: Sales Team

    Location: Markham, ON

    Pay: Anticipated weekly pay for this position is $775 to $915 and will be based on candidates program year, discipline and degree/experience.

    What you will do

    As an Associate Sales Manager Intern , you will be assigned projects to support your respective area of business. Through this, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders, build your expertise and leadership skills while making a real impact on iconic Kenvue brands. This position would start in one of our three core positions within the sales function:

    • Insights, Pricing & Promotions Analytics

    • Category Solutions & Insights

    • Customer Teams & Development

    Within the role, you will be provided the opportunity for strong learning & development and the chance to grow your skills through formal and on-the-job training. Upon completion of the internship, top-performing candidates may be considered for full-time roles in the following fiscal year.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Shaping customer recommendations inclusive of new product innovations, merchandising initiatives, and providing an assessment of risks/opportunities

    • Identifying, quantifying, tracking, and communicating business results against key priorities in partnership with internal stakeholders

    • Delivering on customer account team business target of assigned Kenvue brands, supported by the shopper, category, and product/brand insights and analytics

    • Collaborating with customer teams, sales strategy, and brand marketing to lead and craft growth-driving opportunities

    • Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines and deliverables

    • Create and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders

    • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors

    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales promotions

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • Actively working towards the completion of a University degree (Undergraduate OR Graduate)

    • Ability to work the duration of the assignment (Summer 2025 approximately 37.5 hours per week M-F)

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software

    Desired Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field highly preferred

    • Actively pursuing Graduate degree OR Undergraduate 3rd year or 4th year student

    • Ability to think creatively and strategically

    • Experience with data analysis

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
