    FULL Time Sales position w/ Benefits-Medical, Dental, Company paid Basic Life Insurance, 401k with 10% company match on total plan year contributions

    Annual Salary range 35k-40k paid Bi-Weekly

    Along w/ monthly commission, eligibility for bonuses, and sales contest for additional earnings.

    Up to 15 days of paid time off and 6 company paid holidays off.

    What is 12Volt: 12Volt is a term that references the specialization of after-market installations in the automotive industry. 12Volt installers focus on car, marine and powersport vehicle audio and lighting upgrades. Additional vehicle upgrades include security alarms, remote start, safety products such as blind spot detection and backup cameras, radar detection, dash cameras, and other accessories. They create custom solutions to give their clients automotive advancements that either weren't available when the car was manufactured or were not included in the car from the factory.

    As a DOW Technologies Account Manager, you will be primarily responsible for working with your Territory Account Manager to oversee a territory of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities. You will oversee the daily, routine tasks involved with addressing the customer's needs and concerns and maintaining their account activities. Working as a support for the 12Volt Sales Team when others are on PTO or Traveling. Job responsibilities and obligations may extend beyond normal business workday hours, and you may be required to work before and after hours or on weekends to accomplish your goals. In this position you will work closely with your Territory Account Manager and other DOW Management to drive your success and the success of your customers.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Work with Territory Account Manager to plan and execute growth strategies for 12Volt accounts to develop and shape the DOW Technologies 12Volt Sales Vision.
    • Find and develop new customer relationships, along with maintaining existing customer relationships.
    • Maintain sufficient customer communication and assistance through in-person meetings, phone, e-mail, online presentations, and screen share.
    • Support the 12Volt Sales Team in transactional or operational tasks, by doing research online to generate leads, and cold calling customer leads.
    • Responsible for cooperating and interacting in a team environment that allows the professional growth of all employees.
    • Self-motived to proactively obtain industry product knowledge using publicly available sources and those provided by the Territory Account Manager
    • Create relationships with customers to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
    • Ability to maintain positive existing relationships with current dealers.
    • Resolve customer conflicts and provide solutions in a timely manner.
    • Needs to work well with others in a team environment and communicate effectively with the DOW 12Volt Team.
    • Proactively recommend, select, and help locate or obtain products based on the customer's needs including up-selling, adding-on products, and recommending solutions.
    • Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills.
    • Strive to exceed projected Key Performance Indicators.
    • Ability to travel for short or extended periods including overnight travel as requested.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Previous experience working in a customer service and/or sales environment.
    • Proficiently and professionally handle customer issues.
    • Able to deal well with setbacks and difficult situations.
    • Highly motivated, self-starter, and a passion to succeed.
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Working knowledge Microsoft Office Products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, experience working with Microsoft NAV a plus.
    • Ability to work overtime as may be required.

    Physical Demands:

    • Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard and using the telephone for extended amounts of time.
    • Able to perform general office administrative activities.
    • Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis.
    • Ability to safely, frequently and independently move and handle up to 50 lbs.
    • Ability to drive 3-5 days a week for up to and exceeding 8-10 hours a day with the ability to travel via airplane as required
    • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

    Compensation details: 35000-40000 Yearly Salary
