    Our Pediatric Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing best-in-class care and exceptional patient outcomes, which involves:

    • Assessing developmental abilities by evaluating children's physical, cognitive, and emotional skills to identify developmental delays and functional limitations.

    • Developing personalized plans by designing individualized therapy plans tailored to a child's needs, considering age, developmental stage, and family dynamics.

    • Implementing therapeutic strategies by conducting play-based activities and sensory integration therapy to improve fine motor coordination, self-care skills, and sensory regulation.

    • Addressing feeding challenges by providing feeding therapy to enhance oral motor skills, manage mealtime behaviors, and support diverse food textures.

    • Collaborating with stakeholders by speaking with parents, teachers, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and consistent support for the child.

    Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

    • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

    • State licensure as an Occupational Therapist

    • Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)

    • 2+ years' of Pediatric experience and knowledge of child development

    • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

    • Work independently and as part of a team

    • Perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

    • Outstanding time management skills and the ability to multi-task

    This position will be an outpatient therapy setting, working with children birth to 21 years of age.
