Our RPO Senior Recruiter is accountable for:

• Full cycle recruiting for KellyOCG clients

• Leading and successfully running the entire recruiting process

• Managing a high-volume requisition load effectively and successfully

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences:

• Must have recruiting experience

• Experience with and ability to find & attract passive talent

• Experience with a wide range of Applicant Tracking Systems & proficient experience working in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with and comfortable working in a data driven environment; Meet and/or exceed all outlined scorecard targets

• Bilingual - highly preferred

Seeking minimum of 5 years of RPO Recruiting experience. Must be able to travel to Ontario as needed for client events.
