What You'll Be Doing

• Operate haul units to transport aggregates safely and efficiently.

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.

• Communicate with dispatch and other operators to ensure smooth operations.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations.

• Assist with maintenance and minor repairs of equipment as needed.

• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various weather conditions.

• Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation.

• Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
