022365 Summit Press Operator 3rd shift

The Machine Operator - Stamping is responsible for producing quality mounting cups.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Select and use proper raw materials by first-in/first-out method;

• Keep presses running at required specifications in order to keep up with operations speeds;

• Constantly performs visual and dimensional checks on all cups being produced;

• Ensures proper bar code labels are used for each container produced;

• Stores completed work in designated areas of warehouse;

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures as implemented by management;

• Possible training to use a fork truck;

• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Possible raking down of scrap material outside in bins

• Be able to watch over and run 2 presses

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION & SKILLS

• High School Diploma or equivalent;

• Technical school and/or appropriate on the job training;

• Ability to read blueprints and schematics, use measuring devices and hand/power tools;

• Excellent communication skills and ability to read/write English

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
