    The Staff Product Manager on our Product Operations, Product-for-Product team is responsible for managing the full development lifecycle for solutions that help our Product Managers and, more broadly, Experience Teams. These are just a few of the problems we solve:

    • Save our product managers time in their daily work by providing them better tools and easier access to key resources.

    • Enable transparency into our great product performance by helping our product managers more easily showcase their work to business partners.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Drive the product discovery process for large complex, and/or ambiguous projects.

    • Drive execution of multiple business plans and projects.

    • Navigate the complexity of multiple senior stakeholders with competing priorities.

    • Support product implementation and deployment for large, complex, and ambiguous projects.

    • Evaluate and resolve technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues.

    • Work with other departments to establish a design, technology, and product development strategy.

    • Drive adoption of technology by focusing on outcomes for business partners across the organization.

    • Define and drive toward outcome-centric metrics for innovation technology.

    • Develop project analysis reports for top management review.

    • Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

    What you'll do:

    • Develop and enhance products - you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks.

    • Define vision and strategies for your product family , using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives.

    • Craft and develop solutions to large business challenges - communicate business and customer needs to key partners to implement products and timelines.

    • Drive business plans and projects by identifying the customer and operational needs of the product.

    What you'll bring:

    • You are a strategic thinker and able to synthesize data from multiple sources (including analytics, user research, operations research, and design) to identify key unmet needs and solutions that can address the needs.

    • You can translate product strategy into detailed specifications, making functional and user interface design tradeoffs, managing product launches, and owning the product successes post-launch.

    • You are comfortable operating and executing in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.

    • You have the empathy and communication skills to understand differing perspectives so you can articulate and deliver solutions that address the needs of multiple constituencies.

    • You enjoy the journey of problem discovery, testing, pivoting, and occasional failure. You view failure as an opportunity to introspect and glean learnings and leverage your ingenuity to find solutions to common roadblocks.

    The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

    Minimum Qualifications...

    Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
