    For over 80 years, Parsons Corporation has been a leader in the integrated design and delivery of critical infrastructure. We are currently seeking experienced Senior Engineers to join our Parsons New Jersey team. With both conventional and design-build projects, we are looking for strong leaders who can manage projects and mentor a team of engineers and designers.

We're looking to grow our NJ presence to execute these critical, once-in-a-lifetime projects and you might just be a fit. We are looking for the following Civil Engineering positions for highway geometric design, utilities engineering, MPT design and all aspects of civil/highway work. Positions are hybrid with 2-3 days per week in-person at our Newark, NJ office. For the right candidate, fully remote options may be considered.

    Position Overview:

    As a Senior Engineer , you will support some of the region's largest ongoing and upcoming transportation projects.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform highway, interchange, and street design, including geometric design, 3D modeling, drainage design, work zone traffic control, and construction staging.

    • Develop construction specifications and material quantity calculations.

    • Utilize engineering software and collaborate with CAD designers, other engineers, and subcontractors.

    • Lead projects and mentor a team of engineers and designers.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or a related field).

    • Typically 8+ years of related work experience.

    • Professional Engineer (PE) registration may be required.

    Salary Range

    $83,300.00 - $145,800.00
