The HP Device Manager (HPDM) Administrator (L3) will oversee the advanced management, optimization, and troubleshooting of HP thin clients and their associated environments. This role requires a deep understanding of HPDM architecture, endpoint management, image creation, and deployment strategies. The candidate will be the escalation point for critical issues, ensure seamless operation of thin client deployments, and lead initiatives for system enhancements and integrations.
Administration and Management
HPDM System Administration: Manage and maintain the HP Device Manager server infrastructure, including configurations, updates, and backups.
Image and Template Management: Develop, maintain, and update golden images for HP thin clients.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor HPDM health and performance, addressing alerts and resolving issues proactively.
Patch and Security Management: Implement firmware updates and security patches for HP thin clients through HPDM.
Integration and Optimization: Integrate HPDM with other IT systems, such as Active Directory and VDI environments (e.g., Citrix, VMware Horizon).
Automation and Scripting: Develop automation scripts for repetitive tasks using HPDM scripting or PowerShell.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including HPDM configurations, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
Team Collaboration and Leadership: Act as the primary escalation point for L1/L2 teams for advanced HPDM-related issues.
Minimum 2+ years of experience HPUX System Administration
HS Diploma / GED
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
