Don't Stop Applying Because You Had an Interview

Landing an interview for a coveted job provides a much needed morale boost for job hunters. Unfortunately, many applicants mistakenly stop applying for new jobs after a single interview. After a successful meeting with a recruiter, you may feel it is unnecessary to keep applying for other jobs. Nevertheless, you need to keep yourself open to other opportunities, in case the job in question does not ultimately pan out.

Even after the best of interviews, however, you may not receive a job offer. Ultimately, you do not know if a recruiter is interviewing other applicants or whether the company will decide to postpone its hiring process.
