Tammie •Many employers are now sending their employees to classes, providing on-site classes, or tuition re-imbursement for those that want to continue their education. While searching for a job, I have been checking websites for those employers that offer these options. If they are not listed, or listed in part, I have asked at interviews. They are very open to the ideas. Don't be afraid to ask. Especially if interviewing at a newer company. Or if you already work for an established company, maybe it's time to suggest these ideas.
