The annual Pride Parade filled downtown Columbus on Saturday as a record number of businesses, organizations, churches and others turned out in force to show their support for the city's LGBTQ community. Stonewall Columbus, which organizes the event, said about 12,000 participants had signed up in a significant jump from a year ago.
